Individual Therapy

If you’re reading through this site and thinking, “I’m not a therapist, but I’d really love to work with Shannon,” you’re in luck — I deeply enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, not just fellow healers. I believe that every person deserves a space where they can show up fully as themselves — without pretense, without fear of judgment.

In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll take a holistic approach to your healing, exploring your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the sensations in your body. I use a blend of Somatic therapy, viewed through my yogic lens, along with parts work, advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy, psychodrama, and even psychedelic therapy — just to name a few of the tools I bring to our sessions. Each of these modalities provides unique pathways for healing, growth, and integration, and together, we will find what resonates most with you.

Our work will be deeply personal and collaborative, and each session will become your safe space — a sacred container where all of you is welcome to show up, authentically and without reservation. Whether you're struggling with stress, navigating major life changes, or simply seeking deeper self-awareness, I’ll meet you where you are, creating a supportive environment for you to explore and heal.

By combining these different therapeutic tools, we will address both the mental and emotional aspects of your experience, while also honoring your body’s wisdom. I believe that true healing happens when we listen to the body, as it often holds the answers to the deeper stories we carry. As we work together, we will build a practice of mindfulness and self-compassion, giving you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself on a profound level.

Who is my ideal client?

My ideal client is someone who is ready for change and willing to do the deep, transformative work necessary for healing. You may have found yourself feeling disconnected — whether from your body, your emotions, or your authentic self — and you’re yearning to rediscover what it means to live fully and authentically. Perhaps you're navigating a period of transition or personal crisis, or you simply feel stuck and uncertain of how to move forward.

You might be someone who is interested in exploring healing beyond just the intellectual or traditional therapeutic approach. You're open to integrating various modalities — whether somatic therapy, parts work, or even psychedelics — and you're ready to trust the process, even when it feels uncomfortable. You understand that healing isn’t linear and that it requires a willingness to face both the light and shadow aspects of yourself.

You might also be a professional who works in a helping field, such as therapy, social work, or healthcare, and are seeking a space where you can care for yourself while exploring the challenges you face in your work with clients. Maybe you're experiencing compassion fatigue, burnout, or a sense of disconnection from your true calling, and you're ready to reclaim your passion for healing, both for yourself and for others.

Most importantly, my ideal client is someone who is committed to the journey — someone who is willing to show up authentically, explore the depths of their inner world, and make space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. If this sounds like you, I would be honored to walk beside you on this path.
