Therapist Process Group

This group is a confidential and safe space for therapist only. We come to discuss the unique stressors of being a healer, build community and feel more empowered in every area of life.

Group therapy helps you find a sense of community with others who are going through similar things as you while giving you access to valuable therapy that can truly help you feel better.

Group therapy’s effectiveness lies in its ability to help you find connections with other people and their experiences. These therapist-guided sessions will help you learn more about yourself and how to improve the way you feel, while feeling support from others who understand your experience.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This Evidenced Based protocol is used around the world to help combat anxiety, improve pain management, and increase substance use recovery.

This is an 8 week closed group where you will practice the techniques and feel the difference. You will also have space for processing your experiences within the group.

Each week you will receive homework to help integrate your formal and informal meditation practices into daily living.

Each participant is recommended to attend the next formal retreat in order to solidify the practice
