Fees and Scheduling
I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to all potential clients prior to scheduling. This provides an opportunity for us to chat and answer each other’s questions. This helps to see if we both feel like a good fit and if not I can provide referrals to other providers.
Your first appointment is an intake or assessment which consists of gathering background information, reviewing paperwork, and developing some initial goals for therapy, the cost is $200. At the end of your intake session you will have some clear goals and probably homework to get you started on reaching those goals.
Clients typically start therapy with weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks. At which point we will assess progress and determine together what the right schedule is for you. All ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and $175.
At times clients may request to have couples or family sessions or I may recommend them to help with reaching goals. Sessions including more than one person cost $200.
In order to provide the highest quality and most confidential services to clients I do not take insurance. If you would like to use your out of network benefits through your insurance company, I am happy to provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance and get reimbursement. I do recommend you check on eligibility for these benefits prior to session.
I accept all major credit cards, HSA cards or cash payments.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours advance notice of cancellation or reschedule. The full session fee is charged for missed sessions or late cancellations.
